Mikey Marinara grew up in a pizza shop. His dad's restaurant opened in 1955, and the Maccarrone family has been tossing dough ever since. Today he stretches every dough ball by hand, makes the sauce from scratch, and finishes each pie in the wood-fired oven on the back of his truck.

Four packages, from 24 pizzas to 60. Every package can add a Caesar salad, extra pizzas or extra time, and each one lists its own add-ons and prices.
The truck arrives 30 minutes to an hour before service to set up and light the oven. Plates, linens, napkins and utensils come with it.
Every pizza is stretched and fired on site for two to three hours of service, then the crew clears and cleans up. Your guests eat pizza straight from the fire.

Mikey Marinara's packages start at $2,000 plus tax for 24 pizzas and run to $5,500 plus tax for up to 60 pizzas. Every package includes the pizzas made fresh on site, a focaccia tray, dessert pies, plates, linens, napkins and utensils, with setup and cleanup handled. Extra pizzas are $65 each and extra time is $250 an hour. Travel outside Suffolk County adds $200 to $600 depending on distance.
The truck serves all of Long Island, from New York City to Montauk. It is based in Port Jefferson Station, and anywhere in Suffolk County carries no travel fee. Nassau County and New York City add a travel fee of $200 to $600 depending on how far the truck drives.
Eighteen pizzas, all made with organic ingredients: Margherita, Cheese, Pepperoni, Truffle Mushroom, White, Alla Vodka, Broccoli Rabe and Sausage, Sausage and Peppers, Hot Honey Burrata, Soppressata Burrata, Cherry Tomato Basil, Prosciutto and Mushroom, Local Veggie, Eggplant Ricotta, Pesto Stracciatella, Spinach Artichoke, Marinara and Four Cheese.
The truck brings its own wood-fired oven, the crew, plates, linens, napkins and utensils. Every package includes a focaccia tray and Nutella dessert pies, and the 60-pizza package adds an antipasto and charcuterie display, a mini cannoli dessert service, lighting and a music playlist. You supply the driveway or the lawn.
